What is Your Shipping Policy?

All non-continental US orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate and delivery times vary.
We DO NOT ship to PO boxes.
Orders to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories are limited to 10 pounds maximum.

*Please note that each order is handled with care and unexpected delays may occur. Expected delivery days are in addition to the 1 to 2 days it may take to process your order at our fulfillment center. Most orders are received, entered and processed within 24 hours pending credit card verification. Orders placed over the weekend typically do not ship out until Tuesday morning. FedEx Express Saver & FedEx Business DO NOT deliver on the weekends. Please take this into account for the shipping method you choose.

International Orders are limited to 10 pounds maximum

For international shipments sent via USPS, Boku International, LLC does not charge, nor do we assume responsibility for taxes, duty or brokerage fees or rejection by the customs officials. Please click on link below to be sure your country will accept the package. Any additional fees are to be paid by the customer. If you have not received your package in a timely manner it may be held up in customs in your country. Due to occurrences of customer fraud and mail theft, you the customer, agree not to hold Boku International, LLC liable for LOST or MISSING orders we have shipped that are shown as delivered to the address and/or zip code you provided us in your order. We will assist any customer by providing tracking information to law enforcement officials if you choose to file a report for lost or stolen mail. We apologize in advance for these types of scenarios, however we WILL NOT file insurance claims on delivery confirmed items. If insurance is purchased, insurance claims may be filed ONLY for undelivered or damaged packages.

Boku International,LLC ships all orders sent to APO and FPO Boxes via USPS. Depending on product availability and location, orders should arrive at your Military Address within 7-17 business days. Delivery time from the military address to you can vary. Very Important: Your package is only insured to your military address. Boku International, LLC is not liable for packages lost by Military Mail. If an insurance claim needs to be filed, it must be filed 75 days after the shipping date, per USPS regulations. In the event of an insurance claim, no refunds or reshipments will be made until the insurance claim is settled.

Do you X-Ray your packages?

The USPS and FedEx do not have X-Ray equipment at their sorting facilities and delivery units, however, items passing through USA government portals, like Washington DC are X-Rayed as standard procedure. If you live in a restricted area then your package may be X-Rayed. You will need to contact your local post office or FedEx facility for verification.
