After reading your article in the Ventura County Star, I was excited to try Super Food to see if it really worked. I’m a marathon runner and focus on staying healthy and taking the proper nutrition supplements. Because I already use another nutritional product for my runs (pre/run/recovery), I wanted to use Super Food for my overall daily nutrition supplement.

After taking BõKU™ Super Food for over a month, I noticed an improvement in my moods, an increase in energy during the day, improvement in my mental alertness, a decrease in food cravings, better digestion and cleansing, as well as, sleeping better at night. When I ran out of my Super Food supply, my body knew something was missing.

My next goal is to use BõKU™ Super Bars while I prepare for my long distance runs. I’ll be running the Long Beach marathon Oct 12, 2008 and will experiment to see if I notice any difference in my energy level.

Dear BoKU,

I tried your Boku Super Food the other day at the urging of a colleague. I did this reluctantly because I have tried other powders making similar claims in the past with disappointing results. They tasted awful (they had to be disguised in juice or other good tasting liquids), they stained everything they touched and most importantly they did nothing for me although I followed all their recommendations.

I tried Boku Super Food in plain water as I am concerned with limiting my caloric intake and was pleasantly surprised to find that it had a mild and rather nice taste. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, I WAS AMAZED AT THE REACTION IT PRODUCED. IN SHORT ORDER, MY MOOD WAS ELEVATED AND I HAD A SENSE OF WELL BEING FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. ALSO, I FOUND MYSELF HAVING MORE ENERGY THAN I HAD IN A LONG TIME. Being a born skeptic, I tried it again on succeeding days and it produced the very same effects.

I am not a person who normally writes to companies with either good or bad comments but this product is so special that I felt compelled to tell you my experiences with it. I am sure you already know how good your product is but with all the companies that make ridiculous and false claims to market their products, I felt compelled to tell you that your description of your Boku Super Food is right on the mark.
