Please note that the item must be unopened and unused, and returned in original boxes with the original receipt to ensure full credit. *Books are not eligible for refund.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at 1-877-BOKU FOOD with your order number. Boku will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner, and we will cover all shipping charges associated with the return or exchange.
